Abstract: The cell wall is an important part absolutely of plant cell when it goes on normal life activity. With the development of experimental technique, especially application of molecular biology technique, the study on the cell wall score great success.We have already understood the anatomical structure and chemical composes.However, the study on the occurrence, development, function and various composes such as lignin, cellulose of cell wall need further research. On the basis of summing up study success in cell wall, the author raised preliminary conception in essential research in order to open to discussion.
