双孢蘑菇96.4菌株和单孢后代间的遗传变异

摘要: 本文研究了野生双孢蘑菇菌株96.4(Agaricus bisporus)和它的10 个单孢菌株的生长发育和遗传变异。研究表明, 在菌株96.4 和它的单孢菌株之间以及在10 个单孢菌株之间在菌丝生长速度和随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)揭示的遗传变异等方面都存在着明显的变异。RAPD 指纹揭示了96.4 菌株通过有性生殖产生的丰富的生物学变异。

Abstract: The mycelial extension growth rate on agar and the genetical diversity based on RAPDs of ten single spore isolates (SSIs) of a wild strain 96 4 of Agaricus bisporus and it, which was collected from Oxfordshire UK, were studied. Our studies demonstrated the significant differences among the single spore isolates from the same basidium and between strain 96.4 and SSIs were found in the mycelial extension growth rate on agar and in the genetic diversity. The abundant biomutations produced by sexual reproduction were revealed by RAPD markers.
