紫外分光光度法测定甘草黄酮含量

DETERMINATION OF FLAVONOIDS IN GLYCYRRHIZA URALENSIS FISCH WITH ULTRAVOBLET SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要: 采用分光光度法,测定了甘草中总黄酮的含量,检测波长为500 nm,标准曲线相关系数R2为0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.20%,平均加样回收率为100.20%。结果表明,此法准确度较高,为甘草生药及成品药中甘草黄酮含量测定提供了一种切实可行的方法。

Abstract: The concentration of flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch was determined with ultravio-let spectrophtometry, the detective wavelength was 500 nm, the R2 of Standard curve was 0.9994 and the relative Standard deviation was 0.20% with the average recovery of 100.20%. The result showed that the rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of Glycyrrhiza flavonoids of pharmacognostic and finished products a feasible method.
