    A genus Frullania Raddi with the species of F. davurica Hamp., F. davurica var. concava K. C.     The severe cold and dry climate is not beneficial to the growth of Pteridophyte in Heilongjiang of china. More than ninty kinds of wild Pteridophyte not only can finish the vegetative growth and reproductive growth, but also they can grow stongly and humberously. So this research has a particular sigaifilance of physiological ecology. It is first reported that there are about 22 familias, 38genera, 67species(embrace 3 subspecies) of the wild Pteridophyte's and fern's spore mature period in this article. This indicate most of those kinds are mature from the midst of July to the midst of August, but the aquatic Pteridophy te delay twenty days,especially it is diffirent in Sphenopsids and Xeric spore. We also analyze briefly the relationship between the ecological factors and the spore mature period in this article.

    Spores of 5 species of Phymatosorus from China were examined under LM and SEM, 2 species are reported for the first time under SEM, the morphological characters of each species are described, with discussion of its implication on the systematics and paly nology in Microso rioideae(Polypodiaceae). The evidence from spore morphological characters supports Nooteboom's(1997) treatments of new species(P. hainanensis).

    On basis of investigation, the community structure of Evergreen Broad-leaved Forests Dominated by Cyclobalanopsis glauca and its quantity characteristics in the northern regions of Zhejiang province were studied. The results show:These communities have obvious lay-structure;The community similarity of the same regions is larger than the different region's;the size structure of Cyclobalanopsis glauca have two types:the spindle-like form and the atypical pyramid-like form structure;the distribution pattern of Cyclobalanopsis glauca is clumped type in general;and in time serial, it is from clump to random。

    Based on environment gradient of different sample sites, the species diversity of Q. liaotungensis forest in Do ngling Mountain was studied primarily by α-diversity indexes and β-diversity indexes. The results showed that species α-diversity of arbors and shrubs species in Q. liaotungensis forest declined gradually along environment gradient of different quadrats but its changing range was less. Species constitute of forest inclined to simpleness. Based on environment gradient of different quadrats, different effects on β-diversity of overall Q. liaotungensis forest were revealed by arbor and shrub species diversity analysis with α-diversity indexes and β-diversity indexes. The species number and species quantity was adopted synthetically by β-diversity measure of quantitative data and this method was suited to analyze species diversity of dominant species community. During middle altitude gradient of quadrats, species β-diversity values were little between quadrat pairs of arbor and shrub species in Q. liaotungensis forest, which displayed that the species turnover rate of Q. liaotungensis forest was low and species constitute was stabilization to a certain degree. As a whole, Q. liaotungensis forest was stable forestry.
    ON THE FLORA OF SEED PLANTS IN LISHAN MOUNTAINS, SHANXI PROVINCE

    Lishan Mountains, belonging to Zhongtiao Ranges, is situated in 35°16'30"~35°27'20"N and 111°51'10"~112°05'35"E in the southern Shanxi. There is a typical warm-temperate continental monsoon climate in the mountains, which is mid-cooler and arid in winter, however, warm and rainy in summer. It is now known that there are 966 species of seed plants, belonging to 490 genera and 123 families in Lishan Mountains respectively, among which temperate distribution compositions make significant dominant. The temperate distribution compositions have 290 genera and make 66.36% in total genera(excluding cosmopolitan), and 504 species and make 53.22%in total species(excluding cosmopolitan). Based on the analysis of the flora of species, genera and construction in Lishan Mountains, it is indicated that the flora has some typical characteristics of warm-temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest. Moreover the floristic geographic compositions of seed plants of Lishan Mountains and some mountains, China were studied by using principal component analysis and diversity indices, respectively, and the results shown that the floristic geographic compositions of Lishan Mountains was closely similar to that of Taibai Mountains, Shaanxi, Taiyue Mountains, Shanxi, Tai Mountains, Shandong. However, the floristic of Lishan Mountains was significant different from that of Luya Mountains, Shanxi, Guandi Mountains, Shanxi, Changbai Mountains, JiLin.

    The chromosome number of 6 liverworts species are reported in the paper. The species include Lophozia excisa, L. incisa, L. ascendens, Barbilophozia barbata, Chiloscyphus polyanthus, . The chromosome number of all species studied are n=9. The chromosome numbers of Lophozia excisa and L. ascendens are reported for the first time.

    The nectary of Armeniaca vulgaris Lam is composed of an epidermis and nectariferous tissues which situated in hollow receptacle belonging receptacle nectary. The specific cuticle and sunken stomatal apparatus are present. in epidermis layer and these stomata remain open at all times. The vacuole occurcd regular change and the trends of starch is of ten conspicuous. The starch grains in epidermis gradually decrease and disappear at the end of preanthesis of Armeniaca vulgaris, but meanwhile in nectariferous tissues, they are accumulated and reach the highest amount. The content of protein in both epidermis and nectariferous tissues are plenty and stable during the whole developmental stage. The nectar is excreted from the cuticle and stoma.

    This paper reported the DNA Dot-blo tting analyse on the progenies(2n=18), which seperated from M14(2n=19), the monosomic addi tio n lines of Beta vulgaris with high transmission rate near 100%. The probe 1054 was labeled with DIG Random Primed DNA Labeling method. Among total 80 progenies, 19 were proved to be translocation line with the fragment of chromosome from Beta corolliflora. Further study are needed to confirm if these translocation lines have apomixis genes.

    The studies concerns with elect ronic conductivity, nit rate reductase(NR) activity, solubility protein content, solubility sugar, sucrose content, K+, Mg2+ and Ca2+ content of lixivium of plants, plant height, plant dry weight, plant fresh weight and dry matter weight of remain seeds of corn during germination under chilling(3.0℃) condition. Height, dry and fresh weight of seedlings decreased, solubility protein, solubility sugar and sucrose content assume the trend of decrease along with the increase of leaf age and day-age, but relative electronic conductivity, K+, Mg2+ and Ca2+ content of lixivium of plants submit the trend of increase. These illuminate accordingly that the chilling resistance of corn seedlings is decreased gradually during the autotrophic period transformed from heterot rophic period, i. e. chilling sensitivity is increased gradually. The difference of apiece index between chilling treated and contract plant are biggest at 15 d(or 17 d) without exception, that account for chilling sensitivity of corn seedlings is biggest at this period as independent of albumen period.

    We take the Cd polluted farmland soil as a special resource in order to implement agro-ecological regulation and safe high efficient utilization of farmland polluted by cadmium. It is a new way to construct a propagation base of evanescence grassland on farmland polluted by cadmium. The result of Cd accumulated content in different lawn grass shows that the Zoysia japonica is a kind of grass which has weak capability of absorption and accumulation for Cd of polluted farmland, taking plant in different places, and it doesn't make secondary pollution, and it changed the consistency of Cd in soil. It got rid of Cd pollution in food chain by selecting a grassland production model, and discovers a new approach to bioremediation and exploitation utilization on heavy metal polluted farmland.

    Sixty varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris were collected, including 43 from Heilongjiang Province, 13 from The Center of International Agriculture Tropic and 4 from Poland, which were classified as 35 for vine, 12 for dwarf and 13 for semi-wild varieties. This study was to analyze the genetic similarity and genetic distance in population and among populations of the 60 varieties and to draw the dendrogram of cluster analysis by using the markers of RAPD. Genomic DNA was extracted from young leaves of 60 Phaseolus vulgaris using a modified SDS method. 314 repeatable loci were detected through the use of 29 selected primers. The ratio of polymorphic loci was 0.854, of which 0.958 for vine, 0.733 for dwarf and 0.573 for semi-wild variety. The polymorphic loci for vine variety was the strongest among the 60 varieties. The genetic diversity of Phaseolus vulgaris was mainly distributed in vine population according to the measurement of Shannon index and Nei's index. Among the population of Phaseolus vulgaris studied so far, the level of genetic diversity for 3 populations was as follows, vine >dwarf >semi-wild.

    The gametocidal chromosome 2C, derived from Aegilops cylindryca, was used to induce rye chromosomes breaks in hexaploid and octoploid triticale. Observation of the meiosis of the hybrid F1, in anaphase I and Ⅱ, they are form a large number of lagging chromosomes, chromosome fragments, ring chromosomes and chromosome bridges. In dispores and tetraspores, there exist many micronucleus, some of the tetraspores form paraspores. Observation of the mitotic process of the pollen grains didn't show any abnormal phenomena. Therefore, I deduced that the gametocidal chromosomes exerting their gametocidal effect dose not occur in mitotic process of pollen grains, and this is different from what has been reported.

    DNA extraction and RAPD amplification of Sargentodoxa cuneata was studied. The results showed that the good quality DNA of Sargentodoxa cuneata was gained using improved SDS method and the length of DNA fragment was more than 23kb. The isolatd DNA could be used for RAPD analyses with more purification. RAPD markers were examined in 12 individuals Sargentodoxa cuneata, and 14 of 15 primers reveal polymorphisms. The RAPD analysis procedure in this experiment lays a good foundation for application of RAPD in Sargentodoxa cuneata genetic research.

    Objective Gene Rf3 originated from chromosome 1B of Triticum spelta var. Duhameliancum is a fertility-restorer gene for G-type cytoplasmic male sterility. Microdissected chromosome 1B by glass needles from cells in duration of meiotic metaphase. The DNA fragments was amplified by means of LA-PCR. By dot hybridization, the product was confirmed as the amplified DNA from chromosome 1B of T. spelta var. duhameliancum.

    There are 9 species of the genus Caragana in the Ordos Plateau, which is a rich biodiversity region of the genus. Specially, Caragana korshinskii var. intermedia was treated as one of the most suitable species cultured to preserve soil and fix sand in the Maowusu sandland which located at eastern Ordos Plateau. There are two phytogeog raphical distribut ion elements, the Central Asia element and East Asia element of the genus in Ordos Plateau. The Central Asia element consists of Mongolia Plateau distribution, Alashan distribution, Gobi-Mongolia distribution, and Inner Mongolia Plateau-Loess Plateau distribution. The East Asia consists of North China distribution, North China-Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) Plateau distribution and southern Mongolia Plateau-Qinghai-Xizang(Tibet) Plateau distribution. These elements showed the conjunction and transition between Ordos Plateau and the adjacent regions. The vicarism is illust rated by two typical species C. korshinskii and C. korshinskii var. intermedia. The former occurs in western Ordos Plateau and the latter in the east. The shrub communities are the dominant life form in the vegetation of Ordos Plateau. There are fourteen life forms, of four belong to Caragana community, i. e., Form. Caragana korshinskii var. intermedia, Form. Caragana stenophylla, Form. Caragana korshinskii, and Form. Caragana tibetica. Form. Caragana tibetica distributing in western Ordos Plateau and usually forming the small sand hill about 40~80 cm high, is one of the most typical natural landscapes in Ordos Plateau. These Caragana communities represent the characteristic of the vegetation zone, namely from eastern typical steppe and desert-steppe to western steppe-desert zones in Ordos Plateau.

    Through analyzed the character structure of mixed coniferous and broadleaf stands, poplar-birch forest and Quercus mongolica forest after closed forest that badly destroyed in Xiaoxing'an Mountain, it showed that closed forest is an effective method to promote the forest vegetation recovery, after closed forest, the vegetation recovery very fast, the height, cover rate of vegetation and number of genus also change very much, especially the vertical structure have evident changed. From the analysis of physical and chemical characters of the soil, it showed that after closed forest the percentage of moisture and humus in soil increased greatly.

    Chinese seabuckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides Subsp. sinensis) introduced from Liaoning provenance into the cold high-mountain forest area is completely adaptable to the area's ecological conditions. The seabuckthorns have grown luxuriantly and blossom and bear fruits no rmally. In the plantations of spruce(Picea koraiensis) mixed with introduced Chinese seabuckthorn, the stands have grown well and the seabuckthorns, as an associated species, have show ed remarkable ecological benefit and economic benefit.
