A Elicitor-induced Semi-biological Synthesis Methods of Vinblastine in Catharanthus roseus

Abstract: Production of vinblastine increased about 50% in elicitor [0.01 mol·L-1 (Zn2+)+0.5 mg·L-1 (IAA)], homogenized time 2.5 min, cultivation ventilation equivalent 0.30 L·min-1(5 min)、cultivation solid-liquor ratio 1:15, cultivation time 2 h, cultivation temperature 20℃~25℃.
