THE REGULATION OF DA-6 ON THE GROWTH AND PHYSIOLOGY ACTIVITY IN SABINA CHINENSIS

Abstract: The activities of Nitrate Reductase and Peroxidase in Sabina Chinensis were enhanced dramatically after spraying DA-6. It also increased the contents of protein、nucleic acids、chlorophyll and endogenous IAA. It also enhanced the disease-resistance、accelerated the growth of plants、improved the economic value and appreciating value of Sabina chinensis. The optimum concentration of DA-6 treatment was 10mg/kg.
