红松RAPD实验中各组成成份含量对实验结果的影响

摘要: 本文采用Promeg a的PCR反应系统,以从红松幼叶中提取的总DNA为模板,进行随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)实验,分别测试了镁离子、dN TP、模板DNA,引物和DNA聚合酶含量对反应结果的影响,通过各因子的组合实验,确定了红松最佳的RAPD反应体系。

Abstract: The PCR reaction system by Promega was employed. The DNA templates of Pinus koraiensis extracted from young needles were amplified in RAPD. The effect of content of Mg2+, dNTP, DNA templates, primers and DNA polymorase on experimental results were tested and the optimal reaction system of RAPD for korean pine was determined.
