不同改良方法对盐碱土壤腐殖质及几种酶活性的影响

THE EFFECT ON HUMUS AND SOME ENZYMES' ACTIVITY IN ALKALI SOIL BY DIFFERENT AMELIORATIVE WAYS

摘要: 采用浅耕翻、施用磷石膏、施用糠醛渣、施用有机肥、建植星星草人工草地或星星草+羊草人工草地等不同改良方法对盐碱土壤腐殖质及酶活性的研究结果表明,不同改良方法能不同程度的提高土壤腐殖质含量及多酚氧化酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性。同时,土壤腐殖质含量与纤维素酶活性、纤维素酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性间有很好的相关性。

关键词: 改良方法, 腐殖质含量, 酶活性

Abstract: Based on the study of humus and some enzymes' activity in alkali soil treated by different ameliorative ways such as shallow ploughing, manuring phosphogypsum, furfural residue, organic fer-tilizer, constructing manual meadow of Puccinellia tenuiflora or P. tenuiflora-Leymus chinensis and so on, the result show that the content of humus, polyphenol oxidase, cellulase, hydrogen peroxidase and peroxidase activity increase with different degree treated by different ameliorative ways. Further-more, there are well correlations between the content of humus and cellulase activity, between cellulase and hydrogen peroxidase activity.
