芸香抗寒生理的初步研究

摘要: 对芸香在原产地无零下低温而移到高纬度高寒地区栽培极度抗寒的某些生理变化进行了研究。发现随着温度的降低,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化氢酶活性提高,膜透性较为稳定,淀粉含量下降,呼吸速率稳中有降,而抗氰呼吸更为稳定,直到-20℃以后才明显下降,但此时的呼吸作用几乎完全运行着抗氰呼吸。

Abstract: Some physiological changes of cold resistance was investigated,when Ruta Graveolens Linn was planted in high latitudes region far from its original place without low temperature under zero.Results showed that,with decrease of temperature,soluble sugar content、soluble protein content and catalase activity increased.Memberance permeability is stable,starch content declined,rate of respiration fell gradually.But cyanide resistant respiration is more steady.It didn't decline appearantly until the temperature dropped to -20℃ while cyanide resistant respiration played a dominant role.
