东北产苍术属植物的细胞学研究

摘要: 报导了中国东北产三种苍术属植物的核型资料,核型公式分别为:北苍术[Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz.]K (2n)=24=12m+6sm+6st (4SAT),关苍术[A.japonica Koidz.]K (2n)=24=14m+10sm (4SAT),朝鲜苍术[A.koreana (Nakai) Kitam.]K (2n)=24=10m+14sm (4SAT),三者核型对称性均为2B型;关苍术和朝鲜苍术染色体数与前人报导不同;结合形态学和化学资料对属内分类和演化进行了初步探讨。

Abstract: We deals with karyotype data of three species of Atractylodes DC.from the North-east of China, their Karyotype formulae are as follow:Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz.K (2n)=24=12m+6sm+6st (4SAT), Atractylodes japonica Koidz.K (2n)=24=14m+10sm (4SAT), Atractylodes koreana (Nakai) Kitam.K (2n)=24=10m+14sm (4SAT).The symmetry of the Karyotype of three species is 2B separately.The somatic chromosome numbers of A.japonica and A.koreana are different from previous reports;Meanwhile infrageneric taxonomic treatment and evolutionary relationships are also discussed in this paper combining with morphological data.
