卷丹的细胞学研究

摘要: 对百合属(Lilium)卷丹(L.lancifolium Thunb.)进行了细胞学观察,发现卷丹为同源三倍体,其核型公式是2n=3x=36=9m (SAT)+3sm+3st (SAT)+3st+3t (SAT)+12t+3T。卷丹花粉母细胞的减数分裂属首次报道,观察到在前期Ⅱ有染色体落后及新形成花粉粒中染色体解旋缓慢等现象。三倍体卷丹少见为结实现象中,其种子染色体79%为29条,14%为27条。同时对卷丹的产地、分布进行了分析。

Abstract: We carried out the cytological stady on Lilinm lancifolium in genus Lilium plants.Experiments showed that Lilium lancifolium was homotriploid, and its karyotype is 2n=3x=36=9m (SAT)+3sm+3st (SAT)+3st+3t (SAT)+12t+3T.First reported its meiosis of spore mother cell, and discovered the phenomenons of chromosome lags behind at prophase Ⅱ and delay of chromosome removing spin in newly formed spores.In troploid Lilium lancifolium seed, its chromosome is 29 strips, taking 79% and 27 strips taking 14%.meanwhile, the original place, distribution of Lilium lanlifolium were also discussed.
