摘要: 经扫描电镜观察, 中国沙棘属5种4亚种和胡颓子属5种的叶表皮发现有5种不同类型的毛, 即星状毛、星状盾状毛、盾状毛、叠生星状毛和异型叠生毛。其演化关系是星状毛经过星状盾状毛演化为盾状毛。在研究分类单位中, 发现也具有5种类型的角质层即平滑角质层、片状角质层、皱纹状角质层、粗糙角质层和脊状角质层。综合毛的类型与演化关系, 叶表皮上气孔和角质层特点, 以及沙棘属的分布, 提出了沙棘属各分类单位之间的亲缘关系图。依气孔特征, 沙棘属和胡颓子属是两个完全独立的属。

Abstract: As a result of observation on 5 species and 4 subspecies of Hippophae and 5 species of Elaeagnus in China under scanning electron microscope, it was found that the characters of the culticle, trichome and stomata were different.Those characters showed that there were close evotutionary relationship among the taxas of Hippophae.The research also proved that the Hippophae and Elaeagnus are two entirly independant and natural genus.
