Abstract: Content of schisandrin B in fruits of Schisandra chinensis was determined with HPLC, the detective wavelength was 254 nm, the R² of standard curve was 0.990 7 and the relative standard deviation was 0.48% with the average recovery of 99.14%. The result showed that the rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of schisandrin B of pharmacognostic and finished products a feasible method.
