Abstract: Observing the environmental factors on the content and the new extracting method of coenzyme Q10 in the maize bud,the results show that:the content of coenzyme Q10 in the course of sprouting of the maize impacted on light and water environmental factors has more obvious growth trends. The best extracting method of coenzyme Q10 in the maize bud was mixing 70% ethanol with alive maize bud to fresh milling homogenate extraction, separated, and then the residue was extracted 3 times with the chloroform by ultrasound
