Abstract: Observing the environmental factors on the content and the new extracting method of coenzyme Q₁₀ in the maize bud,the results show that:the content of coenzyme Q₁₀ in the course of sprouting of the maize impacted on light and water environmental factors has more obvious growth trends.The best extracting method of coenzyme Q₁₀ in the maize bud was mixing 70% ethanol with alive maize bud to fresh milling homogenate extraction,separated,and then the residue was extracted 3 times with the chloroform by ultrasound
