Abstract: RAPD analysis was applied to Cyclamen(Cyclamen persicum Mill.) in order to assess the classification and genetic relationships among 20 cultivars of Cyclamen 18 stochastic selected from 100 ones were used to PCR reaction bands were amplified in 153 dots in all. Each primer amplified 8.5 dots, 144 poly in orphism dots equally. These dots were 94.1% of all. This polymorphism could identify cultivars. Every cultivar resource was set apart into 4 groups by the analysis of grouped together. Cyclamen should has more scientific classified method based on gene besides ornamental character at present. The result also revealed Cyclamen cultivar's stricture of genetic base in the level of molecule. The farther application of RAPD in Cyclamen had been discussed.
