Abstract: This paper concerns with the studies of the changes of some physiological character of annual rhythm of two times growth and two time dormancy of mature plants of Adonis amurensis Reget et Radde. The results indicated that soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, prolin content and cyanide resistant respiration intensity increased significantly during the hiberation and the initial spring; amylase activily increase during the preceding winter, catalase activity increase during cold and high temperature season, the starch content of the root is arrived to 43% (DW) during spring.
