高效液相色谱法测定豚草茎中绿原酸含量的研究

摘要: 以高效液相色谱法作为绿原酸含量的检测方法,用超声提取法从豚草茎中提取绿原酸以制备分析样品,结果表明超声提取的最佳条件为:以蒸馏水为提取溶剂,在60℃下超声提取70 min。

Abstract: Chologenic acid content in Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. stem was studied by the method of high performance liquid chroma graphy. Analysized sample made from Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. stem was through ultrasonic extraction in distilled water. The result showed that we got a good extrac-tion yield of chlorogenic acid under the optimal condition of 60℃ temperature and 70 minutes.
