二苯基脲磺酸钙对小麦苗期抗旱性的影响

摘要: 用浓度为100mgL-1的二苯基脲磺酸钙溶液喷施小麦苗期叶片, 能明显增加小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性, 并使保水力和复活能力增强。用100mgL-1DSC 拌种, 还可提高小麦种子在干旱条件下的萌发率。

Abstract: In this paper it was studied that effects of Disphenylurea sulfonic calcium on improving drought resistance of wheat seedlings. Different concentration can lead to various effects after Disphenylurea sulfonic calcium was sprayed on leaves at the stage with 3 leaves.100mg/L disphenylurea sulfonic calcium was more effective than others. It can improve enzyme activity of SOD, POD and CAT, holding water ability and restoring ability of leaves. Moreover, germination rate was greatly increased when using 100mg/L Disphenylurea sulfonic calcium to mix seeds, These results indicated that the mechanism of Disphenylurea sulfonic calcium in relieving drought injury may be mainly related to regulate active oxygen metabolism and protect biomembrane.
