Abstract: The volatile constituents and fatty acids in hypocotyl of Bruguiera gymnorhiza were analyzed by GC-MS in this paper. 30 volatile constituents were detected, of which 27 compounds were identified, accounting for 97.01% of the total contents. The main components were alkanes, accounting for 67.43% of the identified components, In addition, there were acids, esters and terpenoids;23 fatty acids were detected,of which 19 compounds accounting for 97.81% of the total contents detected were identified. Among them, 64.87% are saturated fatty acids and 35.13% are unsaturated fatty acids.
