After publication of the study on the genus Sophora, author makes the systematic study on the parts of the geographical distribution,a variational trend of main morphylogical characteristic and some chemical matters in the genus Sophora, and the relationship with near genera once again. Results shewed trend of evalution on Sophora plants was:tree to shrub or subshrub to herb, pinnately compounds leaves to unifolialate leaves, stipelate to instipelate, panicle to raceme, a connection of calyx has been increasing gradually, bracteolate to bractless, legume carpodermis is carnous or subcarnous to ligniferous to lethery, indehiscence to bivalve dehiscence to tetravalves dehiscence, For the above reason, we proposed the Sophora systematic tree, and revied systematic position of all taxa.

The name Simao pine has commonly been used for occurrences in Simao area (about 23°N). It had been nominated "
Pinus kesiya
Royle ex Gord, var.
langbianensis
(A. Chev.) Gaussen" in the
Flora of China
(Vol.Ⅶ.) But
P. kesiya
var.
langbianensis
was recorded on the Langbisn Plateau near Dalat (12°N)where is in southern Vietnam. There is a long distance about 1400km between Simao area and Langbian Plateau. The latitudes are more than 10°from Langbian Plateau to Simao area.Away from Langbian Plateau towards nortnern Vietnam and Laos to Xishuang-banna of Yunnan (China) the Pine become more rare and very scattered though it does not dispper. The theory of population genetics indicates that genetic variation is very different between two populations which are separated in a long distance. Specifically they are interrupted. And in northern Vietnam the pine is found near the border with China, but it is possible that these pines will have a closer affinity with P. yunnanensis of China. The morphological characters are recordeb in the literatures show that the Simao Pine is closer with P. kesiya than P. kesiya var. langbianensis. The auther agrees the opinion which in the south anb west of Yunnan the pine area is an extension of main Shah State (Burma) block of
P. kesiya
in Burma. For these reasons, perhaps it is not suitable that these pines of Simao area and Langbian Plateau are nominated same geographical variety. Simao pine should be considered
P. kesiya
and should not be
P. kesiya
vat.
langbianensis

The genus Caragana Fabr., which belongs to Galegeae in Fabaceae, is one of the Temperate Asian indication genus. According the statistics. laterly, there are 105 species in genus Caragana Fabr., which mainly distri but in desert, hemieremion of the Temperate Asian and hemieremion oreitalium of the Subtropics. In this paper, all species of Caragana, which extents over a vast area of Eurasia from South Russia to the Pacific coast, from northern Siberia at approximately 65 to Himalayas and south provinces of China,is about threir floristic characteristics and geographical distribution. The geographical distribution pattern of 105 species were given, then divided the plants into 20 areal types as following:1. Qinghai-Xizang plateau areal; 2. Near Himalaya Mountain areal; 3. Yunnan-Guizhou plateau areal, 4. Yunnan-Guizhou plateau-North of china areal; 5. North of China areal; 6. Teiling Mountain areal; 7. East and North of China areal:8. Mongor plateau areal; 9. Sibiria-Altai; 10. Centre Asia areal; 11. West of Asia areal;12. Tanschan Mountain areal, 13. Pamir-Alai areal;14. Miniasia-Caspian Sea-Kazachstan areal; 15. Soongor-Kazachstan areal; 16. Tarba-chtai-Soongor-Mongor areal;17. Soongor endemic; 18. Polour Mountain endemic; 19. Black Sea-West of Sibiria areal; 20. Europ-Caucasia areal.

Studies on the ontogeny of the primary vascular system of the seedling of
Thalictrum petaloideum
L. showed that a cotyledon node zone (CNZ) and two transition regions with CNZ being the centre existed in
Th. petaloideum
. The cotyledon node-root transition region, namely hypocotyl, was from CNZ downward and the cotyledon node-stem transition region was the meristematic tissue in the middle and upper parts of CNZ. The results were the same with what were observed by Gu Angen et la. (Studies on Cotyledon Node Zone).
[7]
A mesarch and diarch haplostele with metaxylem in double hook form was observed in the lower part of CNZ of
Th. petalcidrum

We in this article, have analysed 8 kinds of nutrient element within the body of
Leymus chinense
on cutting grassland. It has found out that
Leymus chinense
absorbs large quantity of nutrient from the element of N. Mg. Ca. K. and small quantity from the element of Cu. It has more quantity at roots than in leaves. Each nutrient element aborbed and accumulated is in highest quantity at the first period of its growth. And the quantity of accumulation reduces from time to time. The element of Na has its lowe quantity at the first and middle period of growth, but a sudden increasing tendency occurs at its last period of growth. Cu keeps its lower quantity from begining to the end with little change. The quantity of nutrient elements absorbed and accumulated from soil by
Leymus chinense
on cutting grassland is 40.27kg. per hectare each vear. The quantity of nutrient elements that has been brought out of the cutting grassland is 25.71kg. The survived nutrient elements in withered things and cut-stem-atuble of grass are 10.58kg. per hectare each year. Circulatory quantity that has returned to soil is 4.02kg. per hectare each year. Terefore, export quantity of nutrient element of
Leymus chinense
on grassland is much larger than import quantity. This is the essential reason why the fertility of soil reduces gradually, the grassland degenerated and produetive power falls down.

The writers analysed dormant buds of 80 self-redoubled pollen plants of
P. xiaohei
for peroxide isozyme zymograms in winter 1988, and found difference between the plants. The zymograms of them could be sharply devided into two types. One was complete same as that of original plant and made up 22%, the other was different, and there was a Bband more than the zymogram of original plant in B region, and this type amounted to 78%. Whether the shape segregation among plants or the difference of peroxide isozyme zymograms, it was fully showed that the haploid plants of
P. xiaohei
originated from pollen. They were the expression of pollens recombinated in chromosomes at plant lever, the experiment also proved that the peroxide isozyme zymograms of dormand buds from pollen plants of
P. xiaohei
were stable and were able to be used for identifing poplar clones. Therefore, using peroxide isozyme to identify clones of poplar would give important role in forestry production.

Hormone changes in the seeds of Kalopanax septemlobus at different stratification conditions were determined by the means of HPLC and bioassay The results showed that two kinds of inhibitory substances——ABA and coumarin existed in the dry teeds. Gibberellic acid (GA
3
), indole-acetic acid (IAA) and zeatin (Z) were detected during stratifacation. Based on the characteristics of the dynamic of hormones in the seeds, the changes of hormones in the after-ripening process could be divided into three phases as phasel, phase 2 and phase 3. Phase 1 is in the characteristics of the reduction of ABA, coumarin and IAA levels. In phase 2, GA
3
and Z incrense rapidly while the regulators levels keep relatively stable in the phase 3. The seed dormancy and dormancy and dormancy breaking may depend on the status of phase 2, It is suggested that the embryo differentiation during morphological ripeniog which complete at warm stratification is correlated to the levels of ABA and coumarin, and regulated by GA
3
and IAA. But the physiological ripening which finished at cool stratification is mainly associated with Z level. The results, indicate that the relative level of the promotors and inhibitors may play more important parts than the absolute level of hormones in the seed dormancy.
