Abstract: Eucalyptus urophylla S. T. Blade MLA clone(MLA) was difficult-to-root species. E. urophylla S. T. Blade U6 clone(U6) and E. ABL 12 W5 clone(W5) were relatively easy-to-root species. The activities of peroxidase(POD) in MLA were higher than that in U6 and W5. After the cuttings of Eucalyptus were treated with naphthylacetic acid(NAA), the activities of POD increased regularly in different stages of rooting. The relationship between peroxidase and rooting of Eucalyptus cuttings was discussed.
