Abstract: Through three-yesr's experiment of storing tabacco contained PVX. PVY. TMV viruses, a conclusion is arrived at that the tabacco can grow normally iy tube. It is suggested by counter-dry-transfer process and immunological electron microscope capture that the viruses content vary at the tabacco's various grouth stage in tube, and that tabacco can grow normally outside the tube, showing relevant symptoms. The experiment of inoculation indicates that its infectivity is equal to that of viruses stored inside.
