Abstract: Eight species of the Cladophoraceae, Cladophora arenaria Sakai, C. conchopheria Sakai, C. opaca Sakai, C. pellucida(Hudson) Kuetzing, C. pusilla Sakai, C. rudolphiana(C. Agardh) Harvey, C. sericea Sakai C. speciosa Sakai are reported from the coast of Liaoning, Shandong and Jiangsu, China. All the eight species are new to China.
