Abstract: In guangxi, Vatica guangxiensis whose reproductive capacity is low, have been found only three big trees and has fallen into endangered condition. The paper deal with ecological characteristics and seed biological features of Vatica guangxiensis through investigation, introduction and propagation test, and disscus its adaptability in ex-situ conservation condition and population dynamics.
