Abstract: Advances of some important issues in the studies of microfilaments (MFs) and microtubules(MTs) in pollen tube were reviewed, including distribution of MFs and MTs in pollen tube, functions of MFs and MTs in protoplasmic streaming, organelles moving and growth of pollen tube. Some important aspects of these issues were discussed as well.
