STUDIES ON SPORE MORPHOLOGY OF ATHYRIOPSIS CHING IN SHANDONG

Abstract: This paper reports the morphological characters of spores of four species [Athyriopsis lushanensis J. X. Li, sp. nov., A. shandongensis J. X. Li et Z. C.Ding, sp. nov., A. kiusianum (Koidz.) Ching (new record in China). and A.conilii (Franch. et Sav) Ching] distributed in shandong provice. The spores ware observed under light miproscope and scanning electron microscope.The conclusion that the spore morphology of four species is different from each other, especially, in the characters of perine and ornamentation, can be taken as a evidence of classification among them.
