带有白花甜菜染色体片段的栽培甜菜易位系的筛选

SELECTION ON BETA VULGARIS L. TRANSLOCATION LINES WITH THE FRAGMENTOF CHROMOSOME FROM BETA COROLLIFLORA ZOSS

摘要: 本文采用斑点杂交方法,对近100%传递的甜菜单体附加系M14(2n=19)发生分离的后代反转系(2n=18)进行研究,采用随机引物法标记白花甜菜特异探针,对80株反转系进行杂交实验,结果筛选出19个易位系,这19个易位系有待于进一步研究,证明是否带有无融合生殖基因。

Abstract: This paper reported the DNA Dot-blo tting analyse on the progenies(2n=18), which seperated from M14(2n=19), the monosomic addi tio n lines of Beta vulgaris with high transmission rate near 100%. The probe 1054 was labeled with DIG Random Primed DNA Labeling method. Among total 80 progenies, 19 were proved to be translocation line with the fragment of chromosome from Beta corolliflora. Further study are needed to confirm if these translocation lines have apomixis genes.
