摘要: 小麦D2型细胞质与特定的核结合,在长光照条件下(≥ 15小时),表现为雄蕊雌化。对这一不育机制的研究,本文从形态学、组织学和分子生物学等方面进行了综述。为使光敏细胞质雄性不育成功的应用于杂交小麦育种,同时为探讨光敏细胞质雄性不育的形成机制提供了资料。

Abstract: The combination of D2 type cytoplasm and certain nucleus can cause pistillo dy of stamens under a long-day condition (≥ 15 hours).This paper,which discussed the morphology、histology and molecular biology of male sterility,provided reference materials on the development of PCMS wheat with a view to promoting the utilities of PCMS in the crossbreeding of wheat.
