中间偃麦草的染色体组构成研究

摘要: 本文通过系统的细胞遗传学研究、体细胞N带研究分析了中间偃麦草的染色体组构成,结果表明:中间偃麦草不含小麦的B组染色体,而含有两组称为远同源(Distant homologous)的染色体组,这两组远同源的染色体不是来自二倍体长穗偃麦草的E染色体组。

Abstract: In this paper, genome constitution of Thinopyrum intermedium were studied by systematic cytogenetic analysis and N-banding of somatic cell.The results indicated that there are no B genome of Triticum in Thinopyrum intermedium, but there are two distant homologous genome in Th.intermedium.The two distant homologous genome of Th.intermedium are not from diploid Thinopyrium elongatum.
