东北地区野豌豆属Vicia L.物种生物学研究——Ⅱ.山野豌豆复合种核型分析和进化

摘要: 本文报道了山野豌豆复合种的核型。山野豌豆V.amoena 2n=24=10m+10sm+4st;狭叶山野豌豆V.amoena var.oblongifolia 2n=12=2m+8sm+2st;绢毛山野豌豆V.amoena var.sericea 2n=12=2m+8sm+2st。核型分析表明四倍体细胞型是一个异源多倍体,二个二倍体细胞型具有相似的核型,支持将这三个细胞型处理为种内关系。文章最后依据核型、形态和地理分布提出了这三个细胞型的进化关系。

Abstract: In the present paper the karyotype of Vicia amoena complex were analys-ed. The results are showed as follow:Karyotype formula of V. amoena is 2n=24=10m+10sm+4st; one of V.amoena var. oblongifolia is 2n=12=2m+8sm+2st; one of V.amoena var. sericea is 2n=12=2m+8sm+2st. Karyotype ana-lysis show tetraploid cytotype is a allotetraploid, and two diploid cytotypes are quite similar to each other. The karyotype evidence supports a treatm-ent to infraspecific relationship of three the studied taxons. According to karyotype, leaf morphology and distribution, authors suggest possible evol-ution relationship of three taxons.
