摘要: 本文研究了一种淡水绿藻——羊角月芽藻(Selenastrum capricornutum)对镉的毒性作用。结果表明它对镉的毒性作用反应敏感, 适于用来进行镉的毒性检验。 镉对S.capricornutum毒作用的半数有效浓度96EC50为0.83mg/(cdcl2), 2ppmcdcl2作用96小时细胞出现死亡, 在非致死浓度范围内(0.25-1.5ppm), 随镉浓度增加其DNA和叶绿素a含量明显减少, DNA酶、脱氢酶、过氧化物酶活性受到强烈影响, 细胞分裂、光合放氧和细胞膜透性也受到强烈的抑制和破坏。

Abstract: The toxicological response of the freshwater green alga Selenastrum capricornuium to cadmium, as well as uptake and accumulation capacity. has been studied in this paper. The results show S. capricornutum response issensitive to the toxic action of cadmium and is suitable for toxicity test of cadmium. After 96-hr exposure, the EC50 is. found to be 0.83 mg mg/l. the lethal concentration is 2ppm. In the range of sublethal concentration cadmium (0.25-1.5ppm), as the concentration of cd is increasing, the contents of DNA and chlorophyll a of S. capricornutum reduse evidently, its deoxyri-bonuclease activity, dehydrogenase activity and peroxidase activity are affected intensely. its cell division oxygen evolution and cell membrane permeability are also inhibited and destroyed significantly.
