摘要： 本文研究了平果金花茶(Camellia Pingguoensis D.Fang)核型。其体细胞染色体数目2n=30。具有10对中部着丝点染色体(其中第4对为带随体染色体), 5对近中着丝点染色体。与金花茶(C.chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama)、显脉金花茶(C.euphlebia)、凹脉金花茶(C.impressinervis)、毛瓣金花茶(C.pubiptala)和小果金花茶(C.chrysantha var.microcarpa)的核型有显著不同。
Abstract: This article deals with the karyotype of Cmellis Pingguoensis D. Fang.The number of the somtic chromosome of C. Ping-guoensis D. Fang is 30 (2n=30). Ten pairs are the chromosome metacentric (the fourth pair is a satchromosome). Five pairs are submetacentric. It is remarkablly diferentfrom the karyotype of C. chrysontha (H) Yuyama, C. euphlebie, C. impressine-rvis, C. pubiptala and C. chrysantha var microcarpa.
