摘要: 蔗糖磷酸合成酶是糖代谢调节的关键酶之一,根据本实验室克隆到的SPSⅢ5′侧翼序列,构建了3个侧翼序列缺失表达载体,转化云烟85成功获得转基因植株,可用于核心启动子确定的研究。转基因植株叶片冰冻切片结果表明3段缺失侧翼序列均有启动子活性。

Abstract: Sucrose phosphate synthase is one of the key enzymes in the metabolism of sucrose. Based on the 5′ flank sequence of SPS Ⅲ cloned in our lab, 3 flank sequence deletion expression vectors were constructed and transformed in YUNYAN 85 tobacco leaves. Three transgenic plants were obtained, which can be used in the identification of core promoter. The results revealed that all these three deletion flank sequences have promoter activity.
