小麦-黑麦染色体代换的研究

摘要: 本文用八倍体小黑麦、六倍体小黑麦与普通小麦杂交,在杂交后代中选择普通小麦类型带有黑麦性状的品系56个,经C-分带与原位杂交鉴定,选出10个同祖群间的代换系,即1R/1D,1R/1A,5R/5A,6R/6A的代换,这10个代换系表现遗传性稳定,育性正常,具有抗病、抗旱等优良性状,有利用价值。用代换系5R/5A与6R/6A杂交,在杂交后代中获得大量有经济价值的小片段易位系,作者认为可能是同祖染色体间配对与交换产生的。

Abstract: In common Wheat×Octoploid Triticale and Hezaploid Tyiticale we have selected 56 lines with common wheat rye's characters, Through C-banding and in situ hybridization, 10 lines was certified as homoeologous substitution lines:1R/1D, 1R/1A, 5R/5A and 6R/6A. These lines are useful for the genetic stability fertility and dry and disease resistance, In hybridization between 5R/5A and 6R/6A We obtained a lot of small segment translocation lines which were supposed to be originated from the homoeologous chromosome pairing and crossover.
