Abstract: Natural protection is the heat topic concerned by all over the world.In rccent ycars, the types, distributions and quanlities are increasing, with the building of Natural Reserve in Heilongjiang province.But there are still many problems of administration and development in Natural Reserve, such as contradictoriness between economic development and natural protection, etc.According to the features and problems of different type Natural Reserve, 24 provinicial and national Natural Reserves have been studies, and the ecological environmental function were regionalized.In order to help Natural Reserve development and administration, protective suggestions are put forward in the paper.
