Abstract: Aloe vera L. var. Chinensis lives in Yuanjiang District in Yunnan province is a variety which has great potential, and it was cultivated all over China especially in greenhouse in northeast China. This paper analyzed the quantities of active material in aloe gelatin of different living environment. The result indicated that there were obvious differences between the quantities of active material in aloe gelatin of different living environment. The quantity of active material in aloe gelatin in Yuanjiang District in Yunnan province is much higher than that in greenhouse in Heilongjiang province, and there are great deal of protein and organic acid in aloe gelatin of Aloe vera L. var. Chinensis under condition of high temperature and weak acid soil.
