Abstract: More than 130 protein species have been identified in the first meiotic phase of pollen mother cells in Lilium davidii Duch.Comparing the proteins change during the different phase it was shown that different patterns of cyclic changes occurred in various proteins.70 KD/pI6.1, 66 KD/pI6.4, 68 KD/pI7.2, were disappeared at metaphase, anaphase and were appeared again at the telophase, protein specie, 10 KD/pI5.3, however, was appeared at metaphase, anaphase and was disappeared at telophase.Sy nthetic and deg radation of some protein species were also observed during the different first meiotic phase.Protein species of 20 KD/pI3.7, 17 KD/pI3.8, 16 KD/pI3.7, 15KD/pI3.3, 11 KD/pI3.8, 10 KD/pI3.7 were sy ntheticed at anaphase.It was thought that there are the relatio nship between the protein cyclic change, synthetic degradation at different first meiotic phases and meiotic cyclic regulation.
