Abstract: The genetic structure of seven Ambrosia artemisiifolia population from northeast China were investigated using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis twelve putative loci from ten enzyme systems were statistics analysis. The result showed very high genetic variability in population of A. artemisiifolia, with a percentage of Polymorphic loci of 81.32%, an average number of alleles per locus of 1.816. The expected hetrozygote was 0.377, the means of genetic identity and genetic distance were 0.941 and 0.044.
