A RESEARCH ON THE FUNCTION OF FOREST TO GEOGRAPHY ON THE CULTIVATION OF PANAS QUINQUEFOLIUS LINN

Abstract: Panax quinquefolius Linn.,also called American qinseng,is one of the rarest medicinal plants of the world.The paper makes a systematic analysis on the effects from the forest geography on the cultivation of Panax quinguefolius Linn.The conclusion is drawn that 4 kinds of geography and the northern or the middle-upper slope with the altitude of 330-450m are favorable for the cultivation of Panax quinquefolius Linn.
