Abstract: The author agreed to the opinion of Mr.Zhao Yizhi that Oxytropis hailarensis Kitag.is just the species O.oxyphylla (Pall.) DC.but suggested that the name of its variety should be O.oxyphylla (Pall.) DC.var.psilocarpa (Kitag.) G.Z.Qian.
