摘要: 花粉不仅可以通过与雌配子的结合,直接影响后代的遗傳性,而且还能間接依靠蒙导作用,異种花粉的相互刺激以及改变受精的生理环境等等来改善杂种后代的遗傳性。为此研究花粉的生理,对育种工作来說确实有着巨大的现实意义,尤其研究树木花粉的生理,因为进行树木的有性杂交时,往往要吧花粉狞藏数月,甚至一年,同时树木又有本身的特点——授粉到受精之间的间隔较长,例如松属就要间隔一年之久。

Abstract: (1) At constant temperature, around 24℃ and in 0.2N solution of suerose, the garmination and tube growth of pollen of Pinus sylvestis var. mongolica was maximal.(2) Tho pollen of Pinus sylvastris vat. mongoliea stored in RH 60% and at 0~-2℃ could be retained viability more than 1 year.(3) In the higher temperatura, above 40℃, the pollen of Pinus sylvestris vat. mongolica vary soon losad its gorminating power.(4) When the pollen of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica was treated by lower temperatura (-20℃)for 1-7hr., its geminating power had not been affected by this treatment.
