(1) At constant temperature, around 24℃ and in 0.2N solution of suerose, the garmination and tube growth of pollen of Pinus sylvestis var. mongolica was maximal.(2) Tho pollen of Pinus sylvastris vat. mongoliea stored in RH 60% and at 0~-2℃ could be retained viability more than 1 year.(3) In the higher temperatura, above 40℃, the pollen of Pinus sylvestris vat. mongolica vary soon losad its gorminating power.(4) When the pollen of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica was treated by lower temperatura (-20℃)for 1-7hr., its geminating power had not been affected by this treatment.
