Abstract: Thorough research on the thin-layer chromatography of navonoides of Allium prattii C. H. wright apud Forb. et Hemsl., A. ovalifolium Hand. -Mazz, A.fistulosum L. and A. hookeri Thwaites collected from different local populations,we have discovered that ecotope diversity has great influence on the navonoides of Allium Plants.
