Abstract

Abstract: The study testify that PPO has close relationship with growth of cell culture substance of Taxus cuspidata. Vc, NaCl, benzoic acid, Na₂SO₃ et al can restrain PPO active of cell culture substance of Taxus cuspidata, which can alleviate brown and promote continue growth of cell culture substance of Taxus cuspidata.However, CuSO₄, CA, PVP et al can activate active of PPO, which can aggravate cell culture substance becoming brown and restrain further growth of cell culture substance of Taxus cuspidata.
