Abstract: The transition form of organs of the primary vascular tissue in CNZ was telome elongation type was showed in anatomical observation on primary vascular system of seedlings of Solanum melongena according to the theory of CNZ.This form was different from the mesome elongation type in CNZ in some primitive family and genus, such as Ranunculaceae in Choripetae etc.The lower part of CNZ was shorter. But the middle one was extremely long.therefor, the cotyledon node zone-root transition region was extraordinary short, same as the connection region of vascular tissue between the epicotyl shoot zone and the cotyledon node zone. The transform of vascular tissue mainly occured in the middle of CNZ.

Key words: Solanum melongena, Cotyledon node zone (CNZ), Telome elongation type, Solanum type
