The results show that there were significant difference inmorphology of male and female plant, leaves width in females was large 1.66±0.148 cm than males(P<0.05), branch angle were 17.5±1.21 biggerthan that male strains(P<0.001). There was difference in leaf color between male and female, but no significant difference in chlorophyll content. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were significantly different between the male and female plant. POD enzyme activity was the highest in June, the male was higher than the female. The activity of SOD activitywas the highest in August. The content of GA3 was higher in male than that in female. The content of indoleacetic acid(IAA) was higher in female than that in male. The content of zein(ZA) was higher in male than that in female(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in abscisic acid(ABA) between genders. There were some differences in morphological and physiological between male and female of P.amurense indicating that female and male plants made adjust ments in morphological and physiological to adapt to the living environment for maintain their own growth. %U https://bbr.nefu.edu.cn/EN/10.7525/j.issn.1673-5102.2019.06.010
