Abstract: Using impregnating specimen can preserve plants shape and color. In this research, with different CuSO4 concentration of solution and four desert plants as variable factors, experiments were conducted by orthogonal design L9(34). The results showed that the optimal combination were:Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey. ) Bge. in 15%CuSO4, Calligonum mongolicum Turcz. in 10%CuSO4, Ephedra intermedia Schrenk in 5%CuSO4, Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb. in 5%CuSO4 impregnating solution, the optimal formvla had better simulation effect. Experimental results show that the method is effective for the kind of problems and instructive to experiment.
