Abstract: Two new varieties of Yulania Spach from Henan have been described: ①Y. biondii (Pamp.) D. L. Fu var. angustitepala D. L. Fu，T. B. Zhao et D. W. Zhao, var. nov.; ②Y. pilocarpa (Z. Z. Zhao et Z. W. Xie) D. L. Fu var. ellipticifolia D. L. Fu, T. B. Zhao et J. Zhao, var. nov..
