Abstract: Based on electric swimming. The peroxidase isoenzyme spectrums of pinus sylvetris were gained and done by variance analysis, main-composition analysis and gathering analysis. The results showed the species sources were divided into twe big species source areas which were sand soil species source respresented by Aer Mountain and Handagai and mountain region species source respresented by Gold Mountain and Ta river, and four small independent species source area respresented by Me river, Tuqiang, Honghuaerji and Kalun Mountain. This result was consistent with that divided by meteorological factors.

Key words: Pinus sylvetris, Isoenzyme, Division of species source
