Abstract: Self-pollination and interspecific-pollination were studied in 10 species of Lilium. The result shows that in L.d istichum, L.concolor var.pulchellum, L.dauricum and L.regale self-pollination is sterility.Affinity of cross-pollination in one plant is better than self-pollination in L.davidii and L.callosum.Affinity in interspecific-pollination is different sith norphology with convention.Thirteen crossing groups were researched. In same group, after reciprocal crosses of L.pumilum and L.cernum, we can get 16% and 25% albuminous seed, L.callosum×L.regale, we can get 12% albuminous seed, that it germination rate is 64%.In another group, reciprocal crosses of L.dauricum and L.concolor var.pulchellum, had not seed.In L.distichum×L.regale, we can get 82% albuminous seed, that it germination rate is 85%.
